The Spa Centre of Port-Fréjus collects water from the sea, 700m away from the shore and 18m deep under the surface. Its purity and quality is controlled permanently.
The centre can take up to 60 guests per half day that receive the best treatments from specialists.
The packages can last between 2 to 6 days, and are generally made for 6 days of treatments rather than 2, comprising accommodation for 7 days, thus matching a complete week of treatments. A total of 20 different treatments is proposed to the guests for their spa holiday in Fréjus, Southern France, all under a strict medical control.
The treatments are usually scheduled alternatively between mornings and afternoons, and provide a personalized relationship between the guest and their specialist. Upon your arrival at the centre, a hostess will propose to you a tour of the centre.
Several themed packages are proposed to you for your spa holiday on the Cote d'Azur. These packages start on Mondays till Saturday, except for the Beauty, Zen and Discovery Spa Weekend that last 2 to 3 days. The treatments proposed to you will be carefully chosen according to your needs.
PRACTICAL INFO:
Between your treatments, the spa centre gives you access to the indoors sea water heated pool, the hammam and herbal tea bar. You shall also have the option of gym classes with a specialised teacher.
The bathrobe, towels and bath cap are provided.
Slippers are compulsory inside the Spa Centre (either bring yours or buy them at the centre). Sportswear also compulsory for the fitness area.
Note that the medical consultation is compulsory for a spa lasting a minimum of 4 days. You can schedule an appointment with the doctor at the centre (counted as a surcharge), or bring your own medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.

SPECIAL TEEN SPA PACKAGE 6D
Located on the Cote d'Azur, in Southern France, the spa centre of Fréjus proposes to our younger ones a special spa package dedicated to them only.Indeed, it is quite unusual to think that teenagers might feel the need for a spa. But, as it turns out, the stress of their studies, the lack of self confidence, the need to relax and take the time to know oneself, or even a poor diet are the reasons for this special spa package. Teenagers would argue that they have their right to have their own spa and enjoy the benefits of thalassotherapy treatments.
So, should you take your children with you for your spa holidays on the Cote d'Azur, they surely wont feel left out.
The Special Teen Spa Package is reserved to teenagers between 15 and 18 years old only. It was design to help the youngsters deal with stress and emotions, lack of concentration for upcoming exams, get some good eating habits, and finally, show them how to steam off with a good deal of physical activities.
This packages starts on Mondays only and comprises of 18 spa treatments such as:

-seaweed wraps
-massages
-1 facial spa treatment

-2 half-days of sports

Fréjus is a surprising contrast of colors between the Mediterranean Blue, the in-land's green and the red of the Mount Esterel. Hotel "Hôtel Thalasso de Port-Fréjus"
The hotel is linked to the Spa Centre of the Cote d'Azur and has 106 rooms of about 23m² with sea view, among which 2 Prestige Rooms. All rooms feature the usual necessities such as air-conditioning, direct line phone, satellite TV, mini-bar, hair dryer, bathtub and safe. They all have a loggia a,and are well decorated and well maintained.
Both Prestige Rooms are spacious and equipped with modern furniture such as a Plasma TV.
You need a bathrobe to get into the Centre, and the beach is only a few meters away. The solarium is located on the roof of the hotel and provides a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding relief.
Along with the room service, the hotel proposes the following: bottle heater, baby tub and changing table. A babysitting service for children under 6 is also available to you, only on booking and as a surcharge.
Small pets are accepted at the hotel, as a surcharge.

The spa resort only has one restaurant, by a very high class one. There you shall discover the delicious provencal cuisine, either healthy or traditional, but always surprising and tasteful.
For children under 3 years old, meals are free. For those over 3 years old, a kids menu is available at €7.50.
Sports et leisures : You shall have free access to the premisses while on your spa holiday in Fréjus, that includes: a sea water pool, a Turkish bath, a rest room with sea view, a solarium, gym courses, outdoors fresh water pool...
The surroundings of the hotel offers a lot of sight-seeing and hiking opportunities with the Mount Esterel, as well as rock climbing. You shall also be able to visit some very typical villages of the French Provence, and some wine estates.
Close to the spa centre of the Cote d'Azur, you shall be able to enjoy the best activities of the French Riviera: 3 golf courses, tennis courts, diving, sailing, boating and fishing for those interested, parachuting and jet ski; but also, casinos, cinemas and nightclubs are part of the Cote d'Azur fun.
